Transaction Coordinator – As a real estate agent, we understand that your time is better spent selling than overseeing your transactions. Our team of real estate professionals will perform the following services:

  • Open escrow per agent’s request
  • Track deadlines per contract request
  • Deliver Broker required forms for signatures via "Action"
  • Order Home Warranty and Hazard Disclosure Reports
  • Broker notification of agent’s transactions
  • Schedule inspections (ie., termite, property, and other required inspections).
  • Schedule required repairs and ensuring invoices are forwarded to escrow
  • Communicate with Escrow
  • Communicate with lender
  • Communicate with the agent on other side of transaction or the Transaction Coordinator
  • Receive all transaction related documents and ensue all signatures have been obtained
  • Communicate with contracting Agent on file status
  • Deliver completed transaction file to agent’s broker
