1. IMG Professional Services will work diligently to meet all of your professional deadlines.
  2. After your initial information is submitted, we will acknowledge receipt of your information via email or phone.
  3. Next, we will review your information and contact you requesting any additional information that may be needed to begin your project.
  4. If you are requesting a writing project, a first draft will be presented to you for comments and suggestions. Changes will be implemented and another draft will be submitted. This process will continue until you are completely satisfied with the work that is presented to you.
  5. If you are requesting a real estate transaction, after appropriate contracts are returned, either escrow will be opened or the loan process will be initiated and we will continue to work diligently on your file until the close of escrow.
